Q: Why should I use a professional trash bin cleaning service?
a: We use high-pressure, 200-degree water to clean and sanitize your bins, killing bacteria and removing stains & grease that at-home methods leave behind. No chemicals are involved and we safely dispose of wastewater, meaning that the impact on the environment and your property is minimized. Because of our specialized equipment, we are also able to use much less water-per-wash (1-3 gallons) than an at-home method would. And of course, it saves you time: we estimate it takes on average 1 hour to clean two bins with a garden hose. We can do it in 90 seconds.
Q: How often should I clean my bins?
a: That can vary based on your location, time of year, and what kinds of items you regularly dispose of. Living near lakes, wetlands, prairie, or other kinds of open areas that invite pests and wildlife can increase the frequency with which you should clean your bins. If you dispose of pet waste, diapers, meat, or other biological waste frequently, you should make sure your bins are cleaned regularly for safety. Other considerations can include: whether or not your store your bin outside or in your garage, neighborhood appearance, how old and stained your bins are.
